Returns:

Returns are accepted in case of a prior notice within the first 15 days of placing the order. Please note, that in case of return the client bears the cost of shipping to the office of Tiendamicroscopios.com.

 In case of warranty return, its expenses are born by TiendaMicroscopios. TiendaMicroscopios offers 5 years warranty for all the Microscopes and 2 years in the digital cameras and accessories

 We kindly ask you to contact us before proceeding with the return. Once the condition of the goods as well as of the original packing and accessories is verified, the amount of your purchase will be returned.

 In case the merchandise is returned due to reasons beyond the warranty of the article, the cost of the return shipping will be deducted from the reimbursed amount.
